Lead Product Designer

Overview

Lead product design for strategic initiatives, delivering end-to-end web and mobile experiences that address customer needs and create measurable customer and business value.

What you'll do

• Lead large, ambiguous projects and ship high-impact designs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on strategy, planning, and execution.
• Engage customers to understand needs and validate designs.
• Use customer feedback to inform product strategy.
• Mentor designers and contribute to the design team’s culture.
• Champion the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in interaction and visual design.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating design craft and quantified impact.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Cursor or Figma Make.
• Experience with strategic influence, customer research, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Remote role open to candidates residing in the United States.
• Full-time position.
• Annual base salary: USD 137,445–231,000.
