Lead Product Engineer

Overview

Lead Product Engineer in the Hardware Emulation Product Engineering team within the Verification Business Unit.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer requirements to achieve best emulation performance.
• Gather, analyze, and publish key performance metrics for product enhancements.
• Investigate customer-reported challenges, identify performance bottlenecks, and analyze trends over time.
• Run targeted experiments to improve compile and runtime performance in complex SoC verification environments.
• Create technical collateral for product features and flows.
• Apply empirical analysis, modeling, testing, and benchmarking to validate specifications and measure flow effectiveness.
• Collaborate across Product Engineering, R&D, Product Validation, and Customer Success teams.

What you'll need

• Hands-on Design or Verification experience using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Emulation experience (key requirement).
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SystemVerilog, RTL design, and verification methodologies with competence in emulation or FPGA prototyping.
• Experience in performance characterization, benchmarking, profiling, and root-cause analysis techniques.
• Ability to analyze customer use cases and translate requirements into product and performance improvements.
