Lead Risk Analytics Consultant (Gen AI) role at Wells Fargo to drive complex risk analytics initiatives spanning data aggregation, monitoring, reporting, and modeling.

What you'll do

• Lead complex business analysis and modeling initiatives with broad cross-functional impact.
• Serve as a key participant in data aggregation, monitoring, and reporting for stress testing and portfolio analysis.
• Analyze complex programming models to extract data and manipulate databases for statistical and financial modeling.
• Manage rollout of pilot programs developed from model outputs for supported businesses and product lines.
• Make decisions in complex product strategies, data modeling, and risk exposure within regulatory and compliance contexts.
• Lead analytics and reporting to meet deliverables and enable new initiatives.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Risk Analytics experience (or equivalent via experience, training, military experience, or education).
• 5+ years of experience in data management, governance, analytics, risk, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, and control frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel (plus data analytics tools).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
