Lead Software Engineer

Overview

Lead Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver games across markets with end-to-end ownership of technical direction.

What you'll do

• Lead design, development, and delivery of games across various markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and ship high-quality games.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Make technical architecture decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and set best practices.
• Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and critical bugs across the codebase.
• Own code quality via automation, testing strategy, and CI/CD practices.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Significant TypeScript experience.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Computer Graphics and PIXI.js/Phaser and GSAP.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Git workflows (branching and code review).
• Experience with Node.js and NPM.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
