Lead Specialist - Data Analytics & Insight

Overview

Lead Specialist supporting the Cyber Risk Specialty with data analytics, reporting and dashboard development, working with the Digital team on business solutions and growth initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support Cyber Risk Specialty by creating data packs using Cyber data from various sources to support the business.
• Work collaboratively with the Digital team to support and drive innovative business solutions and growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using Power Apps, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Understand the business model to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various levels to align analyses with business objectives.
• Assemble and process large datasets, identifying and implementing internal process improvements.
• Gather and model data using Python to support strategic decision-making.
• Create visually appealing dashboards using Power BI to effectively communicate insights.

Details

• Location: Mumbai - Hiranandani.
• Work mode: hybrid. Colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week, with office-based teams identifying at least one anchor day per week for the full team to be together in person.
