Lead, SW Engineer, Private Capital Technology

Overview

Lead SW Engineer for Private Capital Technology, responsible for developing and maintaining Private Capital-specific programs and processes.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Private Capital-specific programs and processes.
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and improve change-resilient application code.
• Execute robust, effective testing.
• Manage task and project execution to meet business requirements within time/budget parameters.
• Work independently and as part of a team on individual and team projects.
• Support applications (L2/L3) from a product mindset perspective.
• Comply with technology mandates related to methodology, process, and compliance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Primary experience in dotnet and SQL stored procedures.
• Experience with project feasibility, definition requirements, design, testing, and delivery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD workflows, vulnerability management, and issue remediation.
• Required skills: SQL, dotnet, REST APIs, Terraform, IAAS.
• Experience working on Azure Cloud.
• Proven problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Details

• Location: Pune, India.
• Work schedule includes afternoon shifts to support EMEA business users, with some weekend work during code deployments.
