Lead Systems Operations Engineer

Overview

Lead Systems Operations Engineer responsible for transforming Workspace Technology through program management, controls governance, automation, and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead Workspace Technology transformation programs across mobility, endpoint lifecycle, and workplace technologies.
• Own initiative planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Provide systems consultation and participate in large-scale systems and network infrastructure planning.
• Review complex technical challenges and escalated systems support issues.
• Design and implement scalable, standardized, automated processes across regions.
• Establish governance frameworks for program tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, business teams, and technical stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience with SQL and large-scale data processing.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data models.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data quality, and data lifecycle principles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting operational reporting, controls, risk, compliance, audit, or regulatory initiatives.

Nice to have

• 5+ years in data engineering, data management, data governance, data lakes, analytics, or related technology functions.
• Experience with Python, Spark, Airflow, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, Mobility, Asset Management, or collaboration platforms.
• Experience with enterprise data governance tools, metadata platforms, and data quality frameworks.
