Lead systems operations engineer, Citrix platform services

Overview

Lead Systems Operations Engineer supporting Citrix platform services. You will drive complex initiatives, provide high-level systems consultation, and resolve escalated support issues for core business solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead complex systems operations initiatives with broad impact across technology teams.
• Participate in planning for computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Review and analyze complex technical challenges and escalated support issues.
• Make decisions on technical changes, enhancements, and system improvements.
• Consult on change design using technical process controls or standards.
• Coordinate incident response and platform readiness across stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering and/or Technology Architecture experience (or equivalent).
• Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) or Citrix Certified Expert (CCE) certification.
• Microsoft Windows Server administration certifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Citrix Cloud services and hybrid Citrix deployments.
• Experience with Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), NetScaler ADC, and profile management technologies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or Terraform.
