Lead Technical Program Manager

Overview

Lead Technical Program Manager for Mastercard Core Payments - Network & Digital Payment Services, driving delivery for eCommerce product and platform initiatives. You will manage multiple technology programs/projects end-to-end and coordinate across product, engineering, and partner teams.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, and deliver technology programs/projects from inception to completion.
• Manage end-to-end engineering delivery through engineering teams and dependent organizations.
• Define roadmap deliverables, develop execution plans, and align dependencies.
• Track progress, anticipate risks, and provide escalation management.
• Remove or mitigate blocking issues across teams, processes, and systems.
• Work across multiple scrum teams and coordinate across partner/internal groups.

What you'll need

• 12+ years technical program delivery experience including time developing and testing software.
• Experience defining and building cloud-native software products as a platform at scale.
• Experience delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices including code reviews, source control, build/test, and operations.
• Ability to solve software engineering challenges, scope technical programs, and identify technical risks.
• Ability to operate with independence and autonomy.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
