Senior Technical Program Manager

Overview

Senior Technical Program Manager role in Pure Storage’s Cloud Native Business Unit, supporting complex cross-cutting initiatives and programs.

What you'll do

• Drive high-quality execution for key cross-cutting initiatives.
• Establish best practices and collaborate across multiple business units.
• Manage dependencies and deliverables for multiple programs.
• Drive multiple parallel product releases in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with a global software engineering team developing new features and capabilities.
• Set goals, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders and executive leadership.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) leading product delivery teams for enterprise commercial software organizations.
• Minimum 6+ years hands-on experience delivering enterprise commercial software releases in a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to develop and use Agentic AI in day-to-day work.
• Advanced understanding and extensive use of Jira Cloud for software development program and release management.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end SDLC best practices and experience managing projects across the entire SDLC.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional interactions.

Details

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Primarily in-office; expected to work from the Bangalore office unless on PTO, work travel, or approved leave.
