Lead Validation Engineer

Overview

Lead Validation Engineer responsible for embedded firmware and system software validation for Mark VIe platforms, including integrated testing, automation, debugging, and issue closure.

What you'll do

• Coordinate system software integration and validation.
• Develop and maintain system-level product validation setups.
• Create, automate, and execute validation test cases.
• Debug, triage, and systematically close reported failures.
• Collaborate with architecture, firmware, program management, and component teams.
• Improve test coverage, release automation, and validation efficiency.
• Work with technicians and sourcing teams to maintain setups and procure required hardware and software.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in testing and test script development.
• Significant knowledge of embedded testing.
• Knowledge of the bug life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with instruments such as function generators and DMMs.
• Experience with Visual Studio test development using C#, SpecFlow, and Gherkin.
• Ability to analyze script failures.
• Ability to work with multifunctional and global teams.

Nice to have

• Visual Studio TFS tool knowledge.
• Experience with Mark VIe control systems validation.
• Experience with MODBUS, Profibus, Profinet, FF, CAN, or Ethernet protocols.
