Overview

Leader - People Success Partner (HR Business Partnerships) to lead HRBP for a Global Operations organization and drive people strategies for India and global teams.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable the HRBP team supporting Global Operations.
• Establish an HRBP operating model focused on strategic partnership and measurable impact.
• Serve as primary HR Business Partner and trusted advisor to senior Operations leadership.
• Translate business priorities into people strategies across organization design, talent, engagement, culture, and change.
• Lead organization design and workforce planning with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and stakeholders.
• Use people data and HR system inputs to provide decision-ready narratives and monitor workforce indicators.
• Lead HR people agenda for major organizational and workforce changes, including change management.

What you'll need
