Overview

Lead testing and quality assurance for software products, managing a team of testers and QA specialists while driving quality strategy and automation.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement testing strategies and quality standards
• Manage a team of testers and QA specialists to ensure efficient and effective testing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria
• Conduct testing activities to identify and address defects in software products
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for quality improvements
• Implement automated testing tools and processes to streamline testing efforts
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in testing and quality assurance

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's in Software Engineering
• Certifications: Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), Certified Software Tester (CSTE), Hexawise Test Professional Certification, ISTQB Certified Tester, Selenium Basics
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, API Testing, Change Management, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Modeling, Design Thinking, ERP Testing, Executive Presence, Functional Testing, Inclusion, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Postman (Software), Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management, Regression Testing, Risk Management, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Testing, Storytelling, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Web Service Testing
