Learning Exp Design & Dev Analyst

Overview

Develop learning content based on detailed design specifications and established instructional standards, supporting digital, virtual and instructor-led learning assets. Works under moderate supervision and collaborates with instructional designers, graphics and technology teams.

What you'll do

• Develop storyboards and learning content for eLearning, ILT, vILT and video-based training assets
• Write and edit learning content to support defined learning objectives and detailed designs
• Develop virtual learning assets using approved authoring tools and templates
• Review own deliverables for quality, accuracy, instructional compliance and completeness before submission
• Revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers, escalating discrepancies when required
• Collaborate with peers, graphics and technology teams to deliver integrated learning solutions
• Report progress and status to Instructional Design Leads on a regular basis
• Receive and action feedback related to deliverables and performance
• Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities and approaches to help an organization achieve its learning goals

What you'll need

• Any graduation
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Primary skill: Learning Delivery Instruction
• Strong content writing and editing skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency
• Ability to work with moderate supervision from Lead or Manager
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Exposure to at least one instructional approach such as eLearning, instructor-led learning or virtual training
• Must be flexible with respect to shift timings

Nice to have

• Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications or related field
• Exposure to authoring tools such as Articulate or Claroflow
• Awareness of learning methodologies such as ADDIE, Gagne and adult learning principles
