What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of advanced data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Guide teams in leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems
• Utilize data science workflows and algorithms to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
• Build and manage data pipelines and data lakes to support large-scale data analysis
• Apply machine learning and natural language processing techniques to enhance data modeling and predictive analytics
• Oversee the deployment of data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively
• Collaborate with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into data solutions
• Direct teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
• Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and foster a diverse and inclusive environment
• Promote the use of innovative technologies and practices in data engineering and analytics
• Confirm data quality and compliance within analytics frameworks to support informed decision-making

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
