Data Scientist - AI/ML - Engineer - Manager

Overview

Lead the design, development and deployment of data science solutions supporting AI-driven automation and cognitive solutions within the Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice, guiding teams and taking ownership of client workstreams.

What you'll do

• Lead AI and machine learning initiatives across data science workstreams from problem framing through model deployment
• Develop predictive models, neural networks, and natural language processing solutions that address complex business and client challenges
• Translate large and varied data sources into usable features through data modeling, pipeline development, and quality checks
• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning methods, and data-driven decision making to generate actionable insights
• Guide technical design choices for data science workflows, tooling, and scalable implementation approaches
• Mentor team members on analytical methods, coding standards, and model evaluation techniques
• Review model performance, troubleshoot production issues, and refine algorithms to improve reliability and accuracy
• Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to align solution design with platform capabilities and delivery needs

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Relevant certifications in Data Science, Cloud, or Machine Learning technologies
• Excelling in programming with Python and R
• Experience in building and validating predictive models
• Utilizing cloud platforms for model training and deployment
• Applying statistical techniques for model performance validation
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools
• Leading and mentoring teams of 5–10 members
• Experience in consulting engagements with client stakeholders
