Overview

Lead the design, development and deployment of AI-driven algorithms and models, and mentor junior data scientists, within Genpact's AI Gigafactory and agentic AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of AI-driven algorithms and models.
• Manage end-to-end data science projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop AI solutions to address them.
• Drive innovation in AI technology, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in the field.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists in the team, providing technical leadership and expertise.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics, or Masters in Data Science.
• Proficiency in English (C2).
