What you'll do

• Lead the development of advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex healthcare problems.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in data science or a related quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Solid grounding in statistical modeling, machine learning, and complex problem-solving techniques.
• Proven experience handling large, high-dimensional datasets and delivering clear, actionable insights.
• Expertise with modern machine learning methods, including Transformers, such as NLP and representation learning.
• Expertise with deep learning frameworks and architectures.
• Expertise with graph-based machine learning, such as Graph Neural Networks.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and pursue impactful outcomes independently.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for engaging with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience deploying models into production environments.
• 8+ years of experience required.
• Full time B. E education qualification.
• Required skill: AWS Devops.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with causal inference and decision-focused modeling.
• Prior experience or domain knowledge in healthcare, particularly healthcare revenue cycle.
• Preferred skills: Python, Machine learning, Deep learning.
