LLM Model Developer

Overview

Fine-tune large language models with a focus on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve their relevance and performance in specific contexts. Lead model development work and coordinate with multiple teams.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning methodologies to optimize model performance.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.
• Analyze model outputs, iterate on fine-tuning strategies, and continuously evaluate and adjust models.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, API Management, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong experience designing and executing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques for language models.
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets and perform data preprocessing to support model training.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques to assess and improve model accuracy and relevance.
• Experience integrating AI models with application programming interfaces to enable seamless deployment.
• Capability to troubleshoot and optimize model performance in production environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• 15 years full time education is required.
