Overview

Fine-tune large language models with a focus on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve relevance and performance in specific contexts.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and deployment of model fine-tuning strategies to improve domain-specific performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into production environments.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skill development and innovation.
• Collaborate with various teams and contribute to key decisions; provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Continuously experiment with and adjust model parameters to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor model performance and implement enhancements to meet evolving requirements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Proficiency in API Management.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
• Proficiency in Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python Framework.
• Strong expertise in fine-tuning techniques for large-scale language models with a focus on instruction and domain adaptation.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable API solutions to support model integration and deployment.
• Ability to develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance model responsiveness and accuracy.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance monitoring tools to ensure continuous improvement.
• Competence in collaborating with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
