LLM Model Developer

Overview

Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models with instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve relevance in specific contexts.

What you'll do

• Refine and adapt large language models for domain-specific instructions.
• Lead development and deployment of model fine-tuning strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into production.
• Monitor model performance, implement enhancements, and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems across immediate and multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in LLM-related development.
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, API Management, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Agentic AI.
• Proficiency with Python Framework.
• Strong expertise in fine-tuning for instruction and domain adaptation.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable API solutions for model integration and deployment.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance monitoring tools.
