LLM Model Developer

Overview

Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models with a focus on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve relevance and performance.

What you'll do

• Refine and adapt large language models for specific domains and instructions.
• Continuously experiment with model parameters to enhance accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to align model outputs with project goals.
• Monitor model performance and implement enhancements for evolving requirements.
• Lead development and deployment of model fine-tuning strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into production.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.

What you'll need

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• API Management skills and ability to design/implement scalable API solutions.
• Prompt Engineering skills to develop and optimize prompt strategies.
• Python Framework proficiency.
• Expertise in fine-tuning techniques for instruction and domain adaptation.
• Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and performance monitoring tools.
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers for technical solutions.
