LLM Model Developer

Overview

Fine-tunes large language models with an emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve relevance and performance in specific contexts. Acts as an SME who leads a team and contributes to cross-team decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning methodologies to optimize model performance.
• Analyze model outputs and iterate on fine-tuning strategies.
• Collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, API Management, Agentic AI and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong experience designing and executing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques for language models.
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets and perform data preprocessing to support model training.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques to assess and improve model accuracy and relevance.
• Experience integrating AI models with application programming interfaces to enable seamless deployment.
• Capability to troubleshoot and optimize model performance in production environments.
