M365 Engineer

Overview

Microsoft 365 Engineer for MUFG’s End User Infrastructure team, responsible for M365 architecture/engineering and operational management of the Microsoft 365 platform across APAC.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable architecture standards and governance frameworks.
• Provide L3/L4 operational support to ensure platform stability, performance, and availability.
• Lead and support incident, problem, and change management using ITIL practices.
• Build automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform for provisioning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Support security and compliance controls including Microsoft Purview, DLP, and identity protection policies.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide mentorship/leadership to junior engineers.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, administration, and operations in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge or experience with AI-enabled workplace technologies including Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, DLP, and security/compliance controls.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices.
