M365 Solution Engineer

Overview

The Microsoft 365 (M365) Solution Engineer designs, configures, administers, supports, and continuously improves the Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity ecosystem for an enterprise.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, administer, and support core M365 services across a global enterprise.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage M365 tenant configuration including licensing, governance, and service health.
• Develop M365 architecture standards, operational procedures, and lead migrations/upgrades/modernization.
• Implement and troubleshoot identity and access controls like SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Support M365 security and compliance technologies and monitor security alerts.
• Serve as Level 3 escalation for complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.

What you'll need

• 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with identity management, MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/related field, or equivalent experience.
