Overview

Machine Learning Associate Analyst role focused on building and supporting AI/ML models and data-driven solutions for healthcare use cases.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve healthcare business problems under guidance.
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation in AI/ML pipelines.
• Integrate ML solutions with APIs and applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver solutions.
• Support AI solutions aligned with privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
• Optimize model performance through iterative testing and accuracy improvements.
• Document workflows and model behavior and create basic dashboards or visualizations.

What you'll need

• 0-1 years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science / AI domain.
• Foundational machine learning concepts including classification, regression, clustering, and NLP.
• Exposure to the model development lifecycle (data preparation, training, evaluation).
• Experience working in a team environment on shared deliverables or projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and data analysis.
• Python-based ML tools and frameworks; familiarity with cloud-based environments.
