Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Machine Learning Engineer on Adobe’s Administration team within Adobe Unified Platform, responsible for building and shipping end-to-end ML capabilities.

What you'll do

• Build and train deep learning models from scratch for long behavioral event sequences.
• Own the full training stack, including event tokenization, embeddings, self-supervised pretraining, and fine-tuning.
• Train large models efficiently on GPU infrastructure using mixed-precision and distributed strategies.
• Build and optimize feature pipelines on Databricks and Spark.
• Translate prototypes into scalable, reliable, observable production ML systems and optimize inference performance.
• Contribute to MLOps practices such as experiment tracking, CI/CD, automated retraining, and production monitoring.

What you'll need

• At least 4+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML solutions at scale.
• Programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data collection to deployment and monitoring.
• Strong grasp of model optimization, inference efficiency, and production system integration.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
