Overview

Netflix seeks an ML lead for Sales productivity and automation within Ads Data Science & Engineering. You’ll define the AI/ML roadmap for the Sales pod and build production ML models and AI agents to improve sales efficiency and outcomes.

What you'll do

• Define an AI/ML investment roadmap with Product and Engineering for Sales productivity and revenue outcomes.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end production ML models, AI agents, and automation systems.
• Automate high-friction points in the Sales workflow to reduce delays, manual work, and improve accuracy.
• Deploy AI-augmented selling tools to help sellers prepare, respond to RFPs, and close deals faster.
• Partner with Analytics Engineers on metrics, measurement pipelines, and reporting for investment decisions.
• Iterate on launched products using performance data and seller feedback to drive measurable business impact.

What you'll need

• Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience independently scoping and leading end-to-end ML projects in production environments.
• Ability to translate business objectives into a prioritized technical roadmap.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for building ML pipelines and models.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Location: USA (Remote).
• Compensation range: $466,000.00 - $750,000.00 annually.
