Managed Services - Corporate Accounting - Associate 2

Overview

As a Managed Services - Corporate Accounting Associate, you will support outsourced accounting processes and accounting operations for a range of clients within PwC Acceleration Center India. You will contribute to data review, quality controls, escalations, reporting and legal entity controls while developing technical knowledge and commercial awareness.

What you'll do

• Execute outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and process optimization.
• Implement and monitor quality controls to maintain service standards.
• Resolve escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction.
• Analyze complex data to inform insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate solutions.
• Support the Finance Team across Accounting, Reporting and Legal entity controls.
• Conduct detailed reviews of deliverables for the day-to-day activities of APAC entities.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close of deliverables.
• Manage post-close deliverables including reconciliations and tax filings.
• Gather information from multiple sources, recognize patterns in data, ask questions to confirm understanding, and deliver work that supports team objectives and client needs.

What you'll need

• CPA, CA, CA Inter or MBA Finance with 2-3 yrs experience in Accounting and Finance function at a multinational corporation.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

• US GAAP experience is essential.
• A working understanding of other GAAPs is beneficial.
