Managed Services - Corporate Accounting - Manager

Overview

Lead outsourced corporate accounting workstreams for clients within PwC Acceleration Center India's Assurance practice, managing teams and client service delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead managed services workstreams for corporate accounting activities across asset and wealth management clients
• Manage teams through planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of outsourced finance processes
• Coach and develop staff members while monitoring performance, workload, and delivery timelines
• Review financial data, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to validate accuracy and completeness
• Oversee client interaction, issue resolution, and escalation handling for accounting service requests
• Coordinate quality controls, process documentation, and service level tracking across recurring deliverables
• Apply accounting knowledge, process improvement methods, and digital tools to streamline finance operations
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow design, control activities, and reporting efficiency

What you'll need

• CA/MBA
• 6-10+ years of experience in Record-to-Report, month-end/quarter-end close, legal entity accounting, reconciliations, and reporting
• Strong exposure to US GAAP within a multinational environment
• Proven experience leading teams of analysts/senior analysts, reviewing deliverables, and coaching team members
• Experience driving performance and partnering effectively with global/onshore stakeholders across APAC entities
• Demonstrated ability to lead automation initiatives and identify process improvements
• Demonstrated ability to strengthen controls and leverage advanced Excel skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset
