Managed Services - General Partner Accounting - Senior Manager

Overview

Lead outsourced general partner (GP) accounting and reporting operations within PwC's Assurance practice, focused on partner accounting, data review, process control, and escalation management.

What you'll do

• Manage core GP accounting and reporting activities, including book closure, GAAP financial statements and disclosures, cash and Fund-to-GP reconciliations, capital activities, and annual tax compliance.
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency by independently resolving variances, addressing workflow inefficiencies, and streamlining accounting procedures in collaboration with management.
• Lead people and stakeholder management, including managing direct reports, conducting 1:1s and performance discussions, and maintaining strong relationships with fund accountants and onshore stakeholders.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8-10 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
