Overview

Managed Services - Investor Reporting Manager in PwC’s Assurance practice, leading outsourced investor reporting and client service delivery.

What you'll do

• Review and sign off customized investor reporting templates and quarterly/audit/performance reports within deadlines.
• Lead training for new and current investor reporting specialists.
• Execute outsourced processes including client/customer interactions, data review, and quality control implementation.
• Manage and resolve escalations and queries.
• Oversee compliance auditing and contract review.
• Develop quality assurance metrics and processes to improve service delivery.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• 8–10 years total experience with 5+ years relevant investor and financial reporting experience in private equity/hedge funds.
• 3 years of team management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
