Management Intern

About the Job

We’re looking for a Management Intern to support day-to-day operations and help drive insights that improve performance. This Internship role is OnSite, offering hands-on exposure to real business challenges across planning, delivery, and client-facing coordination. You’ll work closely with mentors and teams to analyze data, assist with campaign execution, and contribute to decision-making through structured reporting and performance tracking. If you’re a quick learner with strong communication skills and a drive to learn practical management and analytics workflows, this role is designed to accelerate your growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and keep track of campaign progress on a daily basis.
• Work on campaign feedback received from clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate and push for campaign optimization to improve performance.
• Maintain records of all campaign updates and feedback.
• Share campaigns with relevant traffic sources or partners whenever required.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate reports and updates related to campaign performance.
• Support the Campaign Manager in day-to-day operational activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or performance marketing is an added advantage.
