Manager, Engineering Sciences - Environmental Engineering

Overview

Manager role in Secretariat's Global Engineering and Scientific consulting team, focused on Environmental Engineering. The role analyzes product and facility failures, with a heavy focus on large industrial facilities.

What you'll do

• Analyze failures of products across a variety of industries, with a heavy focus on large industrial facilities such as power plants, Oil & Gas facilities, chemical processing plants, and construction.
• Work on automotive, consumer products, consumer electronics, and medical devices.
• Experience with various Water/Waste Water treatment plant processes, food and beverage production, and other consumer products.
• Contribute to the growth of Secretariat's Environmental Engineering practice by recruiting talented staff.
• Provide project management and project budget oversight.

What you'll need

• Established track record for business development and existing client base.
• Requisite professional degrees and ~5 years of work experience.
• PhD or MS degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent expert report writing skills to complement analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills.
• The ability to travel as needed.

• Compensation range: $115,000 to $160,000 USD, based on experience, skills, and location.
