Manager - Financial Reporting

Overview

Manager of Financial Reporting responsible for period-end financial statements, reconciliations, consolidations, and audit support at Zinnia.

What you'll do

• Prepare month, quarter and year-end financial statements, including cash flows for leadership reviews.
• Timely address comments received on financial statements.
• Partner with FP&A in preparing and reviewing period-end investor and leadership reporting.
• Perform financial data reconciliations across various systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
• Maintain and timely update the equity rollforward and capitalization table for investor submissions.
• Collaborate with process owners and departments to collect information needed for financial statement footnotes.
• Facilitate leadership review of the financial statements and timely address comments received.
• Track open audit request items and timely provide requested items for audit completion.
• Prepare the annual GAAP checklist.
• Participate in process walkthrough meetings for the audit.
• Obtain details and prepare the acquisition footnote where applicable.
• Review P&L coding to ensure proper presentation of related costs.
• Prepare the year-end going concern analysis and memo.
• Assist with internal ad-hoc reporting and requests.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.
• CPA with Big 4 experience.
• 8-10 years of public and/or private accounting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
