Overview

Manager-level Change Manager in PwC's Advisory (GCC) practice, based in Bangalore, to drive user adoption of IT applications by translating technology change into people impact.

What you'll do

• Translate technology change into people impact (roles, behaviors, ways of working).
• Define and execute Adoption & Change Management strategies aligned to use adoption of IT applications.
• Build migration- or rollout-aligned communication strategies (not generic comms plans).
• Deliver adoption and enablement sessions under Microsoft-approved narratives and assets.
• Explain business value and productivity outcomes, not just features.
• Build detailed change and communication plans.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of relevant experience as Change Manager leading adoption of IT applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred (listed as a education qualification alongside the MBA entry in the required-degree field).
• Good knowledge of any of the Microsoft products in enabling adoption of either of these products: Microsoft, M365, Copilot, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive or SharePoint.

Nice to have

• PROSCI certified (Prosci-certified Change Management professional will be added advantage).
• Deep expertise in change management frameworks with a strong focus on driving adoption of IT applications.
