Manager of Contract Operations

Overview

Lead and build the Commercial Transactions team in Pune, India, managing legal request intake from Sales, balancing contract workloads, and personally drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

What you'll do

• Manage legal request intake and distribution from Sales.
• Balance contract workloads and handle escalations.
• Draft, redline, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Manage risk and uphold high standards of judgment, integrity, and ethical leadership.
• Develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure global contracting alignment and compliance with contractual obligations, working closely with the US-based contracts team and cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support, Professional Services, Information Security, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
