Manager, Procurement

Overview

Manager, Procurement responsible for execution of procurement processes, supplier/vendor management, and procurement strategy support.

What you'll do

• Build and own the 3rd-party products and parts catalog for M&U, including part numbers, descriptions, attributes, images, supersessions, and cross-references.
• Establish and maintain an approved global 3rd-party supplier list (AVL) as a single source of truth with region, capability, and qualification status.
• Govern supplier specifications (drawings, tolerances, material and compliance requirements), version-control them, and link them to the correct part and supplier.
• Maintain supplier master data and Plan For Every Part (PFEP) details for every SKU, including sourcing supplier, lead time, MOQ, pack/lot size, unit cost, replenishment logic, and inventory strategy.
• Lead and guide procurement professionals on RFPs, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, and/or program execution.
• Authorize purchase orders, negotiate prices, and approve payments; monitor/coordinate suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries.

What you'll need

• 12+ years prior relevant experience with a University Degree or equivalent.
• Or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 12 years' experience.
• Practical knowledge in leading and managing execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area.
• Broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of organizational impact.
