Manager, Product Management

Overview

Lead and grow a Product Management team and own the strategy and full product life cycle for the Android Platform within MobiControl.

What you'll do

• Build a high-performing Product Management team
• Mentor new and junior Product Managers and help them succeed
• Define and oversee the Android Platform overall strategy within MobiControl
• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Work with different internal and external stakeholders in setting product strategy
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows and make presentations as required

What you'll need

• Minimum 14 years' experience as a Product Manager in an Enterprise Software company
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Demonstrated understanding of software development and product life cycle
• Excellent writing, communications, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers
• Polish and professionalism in creating and delivering presentations and training sessions to a diverse set of groups, customizing messaging to suit the audience
• Experience in agile software development methodology

Nice to have

• MBA + Computer Science or Engineering degree
• Android Platform experience
