Manager – SAP CPI, Enterprise Apps SAP, Advisory

Overview

Manager role in SAP Integration Suite (SAP CPI) within PwC's Enterprise Apps SAP Advisory practice, designing and delivering end-to-end integration solutions for clients.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end integration solutions and iFlows within the SAP CPI Web UI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate integration requirements into technical specifications.
• Configure and manage various adapters (SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, SFTP, JMS, etc.) to facilitate connectivity between different systems.
• Handle complex message transformations using graphical mapping, Groovy, and JavaScript scripting.
• Monitor integration processes, perform root cause analysis for issues, and develop solutions to resolve them.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional design documents for integration solutions.
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Basic, Certificates, SAML) and apply best practices for secure, scalable, and efficient integration architecture.
• Perform unit testing, support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide ongoing support for existing integrations.

What you'll need

• Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience in designing and developing iFlows in SAP CPI (Integration Suite).
• Expertise in configuring various standard and custom adapters.
• Proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript for message mapping and transformations.
• Experience with integration protocols such as HTTP, REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP, and JMS.
• Knowledge of setting up and managing secure integration scenarios and authentication.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform root cause analysis and resolve integration issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in implementing and supporting integration solutions for at least two full project life cycles.
• 7 to 12 years of years of experience required.
• Degree in Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or Master of Business Administration (education qualification listed as Btech, MBA, MCA, MTECH).
• Required skill: SAP Ariba.
