Manager / Senior Manager - Finance Tranformation

Overview

Manager/Senior Manager (Finance Transformation) to lead process re-engineering, modular future-state process design, and adoption tracking with finance function owners.

What you'll do

• Conduct structured working sessions with finance function owners to support process transformation.
• Map current-state processes to identify what should be eliminated, redesigned, or automated.
• Define future-state process architecture that is modular and scalable.
• Translate re-engineered process designs into clear product/engineering requirements.
• Own the adoption loop after modules go live, track usage, and build requirements for V2/V3.
• Define and track module-level metrics to measure transformation outcomes.
• Work with the CIO organization to build systems that deliver transformation outcomes.

What you'll need

• Finance domain fluency across transaction processing, period close, reporting, compliance, business finance, and FP&A.
• Ability to move across finance functions and maintain credible conversations without basic onboarding.
• Curiosity to challenge “how we’ve always done it” and find better ways.
• Structured thinking to build a clear picture of complex, undocumented processes.
• Comfort working with incomplete information and making progress.
• Track adoption and close loops, treating go-live as the beginning of the work.
• Ability to translate between finance and technology teams.
• Comfort using AI as an active daily tool to accelerate discovery and synthesis.
