Overview

Manager, Software Development for building and delivering an AI-powered diagnostic/triage platform.

What you'll do

• Lead design and delivery of a scalable AI-powered triage platform using AI agents, LangChain, and intelligent diagnostics.
• Lead engineering to build AI-powered diagnostic tools and scale platform capabilities for support engineers.
• Architect quarterly releases of diagnostic tools on AWS infrastructure balancing innovation, stability, security.
• Build and grow an engineering team via people management, technical mentorship, and career development.
• Partner with Customer Success and Product to translate support pain points into engineering roadmaps.
• Drive technical excellence through hands-on Python and AI-framework code reviews and best practices.
• Execute stakeholder management across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.
• Proven fluency in AI and LLMs for both platform capabilities and hands-on workflow acceleration.
• Strong proficiency in Python with experience building production-grade applications and diagnostic tools.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable systems on AWS with cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building AI agents and working with LangChain or similar orchestration tools.
