Overview

Manage software engineering teams and projects while providing technical leadership across delivery, architecture, and engineering practices. The role combines people management, project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on involvement with the technical stack.

What you'll do

• Manage daily operations and end-to-end delivery across multiple projects.
• Provide technical direction on solution design, architecture, and engineering practices.
• Drive project planning, estimation, execution, and delivery metrics tracking.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across regions and time zones.
• Mentor and develop engineers through coaching and performance management.
• Drive AI adoption, automation, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Remain hands-on to make technical decisions and resolve critical issues.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with ASP.NET, C#, MVC, MS SQL, jQuery, and Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of commonly used design patterns and principles.
• 2+ years of independently managing people and projects.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile delivery and project management practices.
