Manager – SRE / DevOps Engineer (Azure), Advisory

Overview

Manager-level SRE / DevOps Engineer (Azure) role in PwC's Advisory practice, designing, automating and operating scalable cloud infrastructure and reliable production platforms on Microsoft Azure.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Azure Bicep.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and AKS.
• Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to improve platform reliability.
• Implement observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Lead production incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortem activities.
• Ensure cloud security compliance through Azure RBAC, Key Vault, network security groups, and governance policies.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, scalability, and operational excellence.

What you'll need

• 8 to 12 years of experience required.
• Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA; required degrees/field of study: Master of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering.
• Required skill: QA Automation.
