What you'll do

• Conduct market research, data analysis, and competitive assessments to support industry advisory projects.
• Assist in developing insights and practical recommendations to help clients or internal teams address business challenges.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and supporting materials for advisory engagements.
• Engage with clients and partners to gather information and ensure project requirements are met.
• Leverage data and industry knowledge to support advisory deliverables and enhance project outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support adherence to relevant compliance standards and organizational policies in advisory work.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance, or Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Required skills: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Consulting, Client Relations, Cloud Computing, Critical Thinking, Data Analytics, Databricks Platform, Executive Presence, Generative AI, Insurance, Legacy Modernization, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power BI, Program Management, Property & Casualty Insurance, Snowflake (Platform), Storytelling, Transformation Strategy, Visualizations.
