Manufacturing Engineer II Senior

Overview

Manufacturing Engineer II Senior role focused on developing and maintaining manufacturing methods, processes, and testing/quality improvements for product fabrication and assembly.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts through final assemblies.
• Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with other engineering functions.
• Use DFx principles to estimate/reduce manufacturing and product costs and improve product quality.
• Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop and use test procedures; evaluate results, work methods, procedures, and policies.
• Conduct root-cause and corrective actions for assembly or system testing issues; perform PFMEA and provide reports as needed.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to clearly explain complex information to others.
• Strong conceptual knowledge and technical experience for everyday problem-solving on the job.
