About the Job

We’re seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Intern to support our growth initiatives and help connect businesses with our immersive digital experiences. As a Full-time intern with a Hybrid work arrangement, you’ll assist in generating qualified leads, supporting outreach campaigns, and contributing to sales activities across our marketplace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning fast, and turning conversations into opportunities—while gaining hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, and customer engagement in a fast-moving environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support lead generation efforts through research, outreach, and list-building for potential sellers/partners.
• Assist the sales team in managing the sales process by tracking leads, updating CRM records, and following up on next steps.
• Coordinate email marketing activities—help draft, refine, and schedule outreach messages in alignment with campaign goals.
• Prepare presentations and sales collateral support, highlighting value propositions and product/market fit.
• Participate in sales and negotiation activities by supporting call preparation, objection handling notes, and follow-up communication.
• Contribute to sales & marketing initiatives by supporting event/community outreach and campaign execution.
• Ensure timely communication with prospective partners by demonstrating excellent communication skills and a professional tone.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Sales and Business Development with enthusiasm to learn sales fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of sales skills, including outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline awareness.
• Ability to communicate clearly with strong presentation skills and confidence in sharing ideas.
• Working knowledge of email marketing concepts (targeting, messaging, and follow-up cadence).
• Comfort with lead generation tasks and managing multiple outreach efforts.
• Interest in sales process management (documentation, tracking, and next-step coordination).
• Proactive, coachable attitude with strong team collaboration and time management.
• Willingness to support sales & negotiation through structured learning and consistent execution.
