Marketing - Content & Growth Associate - Remote

Overview

Marketing role focused on Content & Growth for a remote AI/B2B SaaS startup. You’ll create and distribute multi-channel content, grow audience engagement, and run experiments to drive content-led growth.

What you'll do

• Create and distribute content on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, blogs, newsletters, carousels, threads, and other channels.
• Turn complex AI/product ideas into easy-to-consume content.
• Build and support the Founder brand.
• Engage with founders, developers, creators, and relevant communities.
• Identify growth opportunities across creators, podcasts, newsletters, partnerships, and events.
• Support SEO, website, campaigns, launches, and community growth.
• Track performance and continuously experiment with new ideas, formats, hooks, and channels.

What you'll need

• 0.6–2 years of experience or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills with personality.
• Understanding of social media, internet culture, creators, memes, and trends.
• Curiosity about AI, startups, technology, and people.
• Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and independent execution.
• Evidence of having created something of your own and built an audience around it.
