Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities across campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Support the sales team by identifying prospects, assisting with outreach, and contributing to sales & marketing coordination.
• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships to improve engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Participate in market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate on developing sales materials, promotional content, and communication strategies that align with business goals.
• Assist in negotiation and follow-ups by gathering relevant information and ensuring timely updates.
• Track campaign performance, leads, and outcomes; share insights to optimize future efforts.
• Contribute to business development efforts by supporting partnerships, events, and targeted outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Sales Expertise with a clear understanding of lead-to-close processes.
• Proven Marketing Management skills to coordinate campaigns and measure performance.
• Excellent Relationship Management and client-handling capabilities.
• Solid Sales Skills including outreach, pipeline support, and follow-up discipline.
• Experience working with Sales & Marketing initiatives or blended go-to-market activities.
• Comfort with Negotiation Skills and structured communication during customer discussions.
• Interest and aptitude for Sales and Business Development, including opportunity generation.
• Understanding of Sales and Negotiation dynamics and customer value positioning.
• Working knowledge of marketing concepts and practical execution of campaign activities.
