Measurement and Report Analyst

Overview

Measurement and Report Analyst role in Accenture's Trust & Safety reporting analytics team, supporting quality assurance and reporting for Trust and Safety operations on platform companies.

What you'll do

• Support complex reporting processes, including scheduled and ad hoc requests.
• Work with the development team to build new dashboards leveraging AWS cloud solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert on various operational metrics or reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including Ops Managers or Leads, Workforce Management team, and PMO team.
• Provide insights or forecasting to Ops Managers and Leads to support data-driven decisions, leveraging ML or forecasting or anomaly detection capability of AWS.
• Maintain and create process-related documents.
• Understand different business scenarios, automate and create reports.
• Prepare and summarize conclusions for various ad hoc requests to support management, Operations and Quality teams in answering business questions.
• Check own work for data analysis or computational errors.
• Work towards improvement of reporting to meet strategic intent and behavioral change at client end.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Good understanding and experience of SQL.
• Good understanding of programming (e.g. Macros, JSON).
• Experience producing high quality dashboards using Excel.
• Advanced user of MS Office Suite and good computer skills; advanced expertise with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills, problem solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and effectively, prioritize workload by assessing needs and prioritizing tasks; willingness to be flexible and adapt quickly.
• Clear and concise written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; approachable and flexible.

Nice to have

• Experience in Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI.

• Location: Hyderabad.
• Due to the nature of the role, you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.
• The role involves analyzing, working with, viewing and proactively engaging with user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
